When will I receive my order?
Delivery times may vary per product. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a Track & Trace code, so you can easily track your package.

Can I return a product?
Yes. You can return a product in accordance with our return policy. Register your return by sending an email to info@sagehuis.com. After receiving your request, we will send you a return code and clear return instructions. Please ensure that the product is returned unused, undamaged, and – if possible – in its original packaging.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Although we pack every order with the utmost care, something can unfortunately go wrong during transport. In that case, please contact us as soon as possible via info@sagehuis.com and, if possible, include some photos of the damage. We will provide a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
